Applies to Website Pro, Store Basic and Store Pro. Payment can only be used officially after iPay88 approves it. Approval time is decided by iPay88, and we cannot guarantee the result.

FAQ

I haven't prepared anything. Is that okay?

Yes. We handle the copy, design and image materials. You only confirm the basics of your business, such as prices and contact details. On-site photography is not included.

How do the 2 revisions work?

Send us all your feedback as one list and that counts as 1 revision. Small scattered tweaks are not counted one by one. Changing the overall design direction or adding new pages is not a revision and is charged as an add-on.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, and the price stays the same. The yearly maintenance fee still applies, because the deployment and hosting work is the same.

When can I start taking payments?

The page and the payment integration are finished within the delivery time. Taking real payments has to wait for iPay88 approval, and we follow up for you throughout.

What is the difference between Store Basic and Store Pro?

Basic is a single product sales page for 1–3 products, with customers paying directly. Pro is a full Shopify store with a cart and order back office, built for businesses with many products that keep adding new ones.

Are there other costs for store plans?

Shopify's monthly fee, and any extra transaction fee Shopify charges on third-party payments, are paid by you directly to Shopify. Please check Shopify's website for the latest terms. iPay88's own fees are agreed between you and iPay88.
